Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains what personal data Master Design Industries collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Master Design Industries (MDI Mexico) manufactures automotive wire harnesses, electric components, anti-noise solutions and assembly tooling. Our registered address is C. Mecánicos 100-int 12, Parque industrial, Chichimeco, 20916, Aguascalientes, Mexico.

What we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message.

Why we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our commercial and legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

Cookies

This site keeps cookie use to a minimum:

  • Essential storage. We store your cookie-banner choice in your browser's local storage so the banner is not shown on every visit. No data leaves your device.
  • Embedded content. The contact page can show a Google map and the Squeak & Rattle page a YouTube video. Neither loads until you allow it, because Google may set its own cookies when they do; their use is then governed by Google's privacy policy. Declining in the cookie notice keeps both switched off.

You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the site.

Third parties

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email delivery provider. Beyond that, we do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

Your ARCO rights

Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP) gives you four rights over your personal data, known together as ARCO:

  • Access. Ask us what personal data we hold about you and what we do with it.
  • Rectification. Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Cancellation. Ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Opposition. Ask us to stop using your data for a particular purpose, even where the use is lawful.

To exercise any of these rights, or to limit how we use or disclose your data, email us at ventas@mdimexico.com.mx or call (+52) 449-965-6372. Tell us your name, how to reach you, and which right you want to exercise. We reply within 20 business days, as the law requires.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to our handling of your data at any time, by the same means. Withdrawal does not affect anything done beforehand, and we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
