Custom Projects

Built to your drawings, your specification and your volumes.

Build to Print, Build to Spec

Almost everything we make is engineered for one customer and one application. The same team, equipment and process behind our automotive harnesses are available for work outside the vehicle: if it can be cut, crimped, sealed, routed and tested, we can quote it.

The design stays yours. We take the drawing, the bill of materials and the volume, and come back with a build plan, a sample and a price.

What We Can Build

Custom wire harnesses

Multi-branch harnesses assembled to your drawing, with your connectors, lengths and routing.

Cable assemblies & pig tails

Single and multi-conductor assemblies, cut, stripped and crimped to specification.

Sealed terminal wires

Crimped terminals with water seals for connections exposed to moisture, dust or washdown.

Connector solutions

Connector population, cavity plugging, taping, conduit and protective sleeving.

Assembly devices & tooling

Boards, fixtures and terminal removal tools built around your assembly, not ours.

Anti-noise components

Felt, foam and tape parts cut to shape for squeak, rattle and vibration control.

How a Project Runs

  1. Enquiry

You send drawings, a bill of materials, target volumes and any test requirements.

  2. Feasibility & quotation

We review the design against our process, tell you plainly what we cannot do, and quote.

  3. Sample & validation

We build first samples and adjust the assembly and tooling with you until you sign them off.

  4. Series production

Approved build, agreed lead times, repeat orders against the same released drawing.

What We Need to Quote

  • Assembly drawing or wiring diagram
  • Bill of materials, or the connector and wire part numbers
  • Annual volume and the order pattern you expect
  • Any electrical, sealing or environmental test the part has to pass
  • Sector-specific requirements or approvals that apply to your project

If a project needs a qualification or approval we do not currently hold, you will hear it from us at the quotation stage — not after the order.

Send us your drawing

Tell us what you need to build. We will review it and come back to you with an honest assessment.
